Paris Hilton and Stavros Niarchos offers Kelly Osbourne a car as apologize?

Paris Hilton's on and off boyfriend, the Greek millionaire Stavros Niarchos, apologized recently to rock singer Kelly Osbourne, for ruining her 21st birthday party, offering a free luxury car brochure with a card saying, 'I'm so sorry. Please let me get you one of these to make it up.' At the anniversary Stavros reportedly dumped Paris... but apparently he had a change of heart, they are still together.
