Paris Hilton subpoenaed as witness in LA criminal case

Paris Hilton has been subpoenaed as a witness in a LA criminal case. The subpoena was served at the hotel heiress' Hollywood Hills home last week where Paris spent an hour with police last Thursday evening but refused to talk about the details. However, Los Angeles police confirm she was approached to testify against Darnell Riley, who is suspected of robbing a host of high-profile stars' homes.

Hilton was the victim of a burglary last summer and Riley is suspected of robbing the socialite hotel heiress. Riley pleaded not guilty and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for November 21.
