The subpoena was served at the hotel heiress' Hollywood Hills home last week where Paris spent an hour with police last Thursday evening but refused to talk about the details. However, Los Angeles police confirm she was approached to testify against Darnell Riley, who is suspected of robbing a host of high-profile stars' homes.
