Teen People magazine has released the results of a new poll and Paris Hilton has been voted the celebrity with the biggest ego, beating out Kanye West, Usher Beyonce and Christina Aguilera, who made it in the top 5 of the Teen People poll, according to Contactmusic. The multi-millionaire heiress became a winner for stating, "(By) channeling my inner heiress, I created a new opportunity for young heiresses."
